Mango Overdrive

  • ½ c mango nectar
  • 1 c mango sorbet
  • ½ c mango, peeled and sliced

Just love mangoes? Then this recipe is sure to please you. First, thaw the sorbet to soften it a bit before putting it in the blender. Add all the other ingredients in and puree until smooth and thick. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon slices.

Tropical Flare

  • ½ c mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 strawberries, halved
  • ½ c water or fruit juice (orange or apple)
  • ½ c crushed ice

There’s nothing more refreshing than tropical fruit flavors. Get your fill by mixing the ingredients of this smoothie drink and blend for approximately 30 seconds. Adjust the consistency to your taste by adding liquid (water or fruit juice).

Mango Loco

  • 1/2 cup mango nectar
  • 1 c peach-flavored yogurt
  • ½ c mango, chopped
  • ½ c peaches, chopped
  • ¼ block silken tofu
  • 1 c crushed ice

This is a fun and refreshing drink – a definite crowd pleaser. Just pour the mango nectar into the blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend for about 30-60 seconds or until evenly smooth. Serve at once to enjoy it’s full flavor.


  • 1 mango, peeled and sliced

  • ½ c non-fat buttermilk
  • ½ c vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ c crushed ice

  • ¼ c pineapple juice
  • ½ c orange juice
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ c pineapple sherbet
  • ½ c mango slices

This fruity combination is healthy and refreshing – perfect for summer or for an afternoon snack. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
