Ruby Red Fantasy

  • 1 bunch red dandelion
  • 2 c watermelon balls
  • 6 strawberries, halved
  • 1 c grapes, peeled and seeded

A fun and refreshing recipe, this scarlet smoothie is perfect to serve when you have guests. Put all ingredients into a blender and process until well-combined. You can add water if you want a thinner consistency. Serve immediately.

Sweet Symphony Smoothie

  • ½ c kale
  • 2 oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned
  • 6 strawberries, halved
  • 1 c grapes, peeled and seeded
  • ¼ c water
  • ½ c crushed ice

The symphony of flavors in this smoothie recipe is sure to leave you wanting more. To prepare, mix all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Beach Bandana Smoothie

  • ½ c kale
  • ½ c strawberries, halved
  • 1 c peaches, chopped
  • 1 c water

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy. This can be served as an easy and delicious dessert to top of a wonderful evening.

Summer Escapade

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 5 leaves of kale
  • 1 c water

This is a wonderfully refreshing drink sure to quench your thirst, fill your tummy, and strengthen your mind and body. To prepare, simply combine all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend for about 60 seconds or until smooth. You can adjust the amount of water to the consistency you prefer.

Banana Berry Overture

  • ½ c strawberries, halved
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ c romaine lettuce
  • 1 c water

Drink the sweet flavors of summer when you enjoy a glass of this cool recipe. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Watermelon Surprise

  • 3 slices watermelon, seeded and with peel included
  • 5 strawberries, halved
  • ½ c spinach, chopped
  • ½ c water

It’s not everyday you eat watermelon peel (unless, of course, if you drink a glass of Watermelon Surprise everyday). To prepare, chop the watermelon and the peel and put into the blender with the water and spinach. Blend for about 30 seconds. Add the strawberries and process for another 30-60 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Smoothie Luau

  • ½ c cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
  • ¼ c apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • ¾ c apple juice
  • ½ c lemon sorbet
  • 1 c crushed ice

Nothing says refreshing more than a combination of lemon, apples, mint and cucumber. To create this yummy smoothie, simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
