Morning Glory Breakfast Smoothie

  • ½ c kefir
  • ½ c plain yogurt
  • ½ c strawberries, halved
  • ½ c brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Note: Kefir is cultured milk beverage made by inoculating milk with kefir grains, yeast and bacteria. It has a tangy, rich flavor and is like liquid yogurt. It is highly nutritious but not everyone can tolerate it. If you do not like to use kefir in this recipe, increase the amount of yogurt.

  • ¾ c brewed coffee, chilled
  • ½ c raspberry-flavored yogurt
  • ½ c raspberries, halved
  • ½ c raspberry sherbet
