  • ½ c blueberries
  • ½ c apple, chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp spirulina

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately one minute. Enjoy this yummy and healthy drink!

Fruit Magic Smoothie

  • ½ c blueberries
  • ½ c strawberries, halved
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 1 c apple juice

Delicious - a truly bewitching drink! Cut the mango into small pieces then put into the blender. Add the apple juice, blueberries and strawberries. Blend until smooth. For a creamier smoothie, you can try adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the mixture.

Purple Princess Smoothie

  • ½ c blueberries
  • ½ c strawberries, halved
  • ½ c raspberry-flavored yogurt
  • 1 c crushed ice

Another yummy-licious smoothie recipe you’ll enjoy. Add the blueberries, strawberries and raspberry yoghurt to the blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Add the ice and blend again for 15 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Purple Galaxy Smoothie

  • 1 c grape juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • ½ c blueberries

Pour the grape juice into a blender; add the vanilla ice cream and blueberries. Blend for about 30 seconds or until thoroughly mixed but ice cream is still thick. Serve immediately. Sumptuously out of this world!

  • 1 mango, sliced
  • ½ c watermelon balls
  • ½ c blueberries
  • 1 c pineapple juice
  • 1 c crushed ice

A refreshing and healthy drink sure to boost your immune system, this recipe is also so easy to prepare. Just pour the pineapple juice into the blender. Add the mango, watermelon, blueberries and ice. Blend on low for 10-20 seconds then increase the speed to until creamy smooth.
