Mango And Cream

  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 5 strawberries, halved, tail and top removed
  • ½ c vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp cream

To prepare, put the mango and the strawberry slices both in the blender and process for about 20 seconds. Next, add the apple slices to the mango-strawberry mixture. Add the cream and blend for another 15 seconds. Mix in the ice cream and blend further for 20 more seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy. This can be served as a great refreshing snack or a complimentary dessert.

Fruit Fiesta

  • ½ c mango juice
  • 1 mango, peeled and sliced
  • ½ c strawberries, halved
  • 1 banana, sliced
